Terms of service
These terms apply to cleaning arranged through this website and to the cleans we carry out for you.
Requests and confirmation
Submitting the form on this website creates a request, not a confirmed appointment. A clean is only booked once we have discussed scope, cleaner-hours, price and timing with you and confirmed it directly.
Pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars. Ciao Essentials is A$240 for three cleaner-hours and A$320 for four cleaner-hours. Ciao Reset is A$90 per cleaner-hour with a minimum of 3 cleaner-hours, from A$270. Ciao Home Clean is quoted for your property, its condition and the agreed checklist. Oven, fridge and interior window cleaning are quoted separately. We confirm your total and the included work before you accept the booking, and no payment is taken on this website.
Ciao Regulars
Weekly and fortnightly cleaning is an ongoing arrangement, not an automatic subscription, and no automatic billing is set up on this website. Your preferred day and time are agreed subject to availability. Contact us to change, pause or end your regular schedule. We confirm any changes with you.
Scope
We work to the agreed priorities within the booked cleaner-hours. Mould treatment, hazardous or biohazard cleaning, exterior and high windows, end-of-lease cleaning and specialist restoration work sit outside our standard service.
Access and safety
Access is arranged directly with you. Please don't send alarm codes or key details through this website. We may stop work if a site is unsafe, and we'll explain why.
Changes and cancellations
Let us know as early as you can if a booked clean needs to move. Cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing with your booking confirmation.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are not happy with a clean, contact us and we will work out what to do with you.
