What we collect

The contact form collects your name, email, phone (optional), subject and message. The booking request form collects your name, email, phone, suburb, postcode, property type, bedrooms and bathrooms, preferred and alternate dates, time windows, selected service, frequency, cleaner-hours and the priorities you describe.

If you apply to work with us, the cleaner application form collects your name, email, phone, suburb, experience, availability, transport and equipment answers, work-rights, ABN, insurance and police-check declarations, and anything else you tell us. These answers are treated as your own declaration and are only used to consider you for cleaning work.

What we ask you not to send

Please don't put alarm codes, key locations or other security details into these forms. We arrange access with you directly when a clean is confirmed.

Where it goes

Submissions are validated on our server and stored in a private managed database. They are not publicly readable: only a signed-in owner account with an administrator role can read them. Nothing is sent to advertising networks, and no payment details are collected on this site.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, confirm scope and price, and arrange a clean. Each form includes a hidden anti-spam field and a duplicate-submission safeguard.

How we reply

We reply using the phone number or email address you give us. We do not add you to a marketing list from these forms.
