A small service, run properly
Ciao Clean was founded by Adrian to bring warmth and straight talk to home cleaning across Sydney metro, with a focus on the Inner West and surrounding suburbs.

Adrian
Adrian started Ciao Clean because too many cleaning services promise everything and explain nothing. The idea here is simpler: agree the priorities, book the hours honestly, and do that work carefully.
Cleaning is carried out by independent cleaners engaged by Ciao Clean. Your cleaner brings their own equipment and standard products unless we agree otherwise. If you prefer particular products, or you would rather we use yours, tell us when we confirm your scope and we will note it on your job.
We would rather tell you what we do not do than oversell. If your job needs specialist work, we will say so and point you in a sensible direction.
How we work
- Scope and price agreed before your clean is booked.
- Cleaner-hours quoted as working time, not a guaranteed room list.
- Straight answers about suburbs, timing and what sits outside our service.
- Tell us your preferences for cleaners, products and access and we confirm the arrangements.
- No payment is taken on this website.

Cleaner and time confirmed
We confirm who is coming, the date and the arrival window before the booking is final.
The clean
Your cleaner works through the agreed scope in the booked time and tells you if anything needs more.
Feedback
Tell us what worked and what to change. We adjust the plan for the next visit.
