A deeper, priority-led clean charged by the cleaner-hour. We agree what the time is spent on before we start. The minimum booking is not a guaranteed deep clean of an entire home.

Best for you if it has been a while, you are moving into a regular rhythm, or particular areas need more time than a maintenance clean allows.

Ciao Essentials works to your priorities inside booked time. Ciao Home Clean works to an agreed checklist. Ciao Reset buys extra detail where you need it.

Oven, fridge and interior window cleaning

Oven interiors, fridge interiors and interior windows can be added where the job is suitable. Each add-on is quoted separately once we know the appliance, its condition and the access involved. Mould treatment, hazardous or biohazard cleaning, exterior and high windows, end-of-lease cleaning and specialist restoration work sit outside our standard service.

Cleaner-hours

One measure, clearly explained

Cleaner-hours are total working hours. One cleaner for three hours and two cleaners for an hour and a half each are both three cleaner-hours. Booked time is not a promise that every room in the house is finished.

Ciao Regulars

Weekly or fortnightly, organised around you

Ciao Regulars is a rhythm, not a separate cleaning level. Choose Ciao Essentials or Ciao Home Clean weekly or fortnightly and we agree a preferred recurring day and time subject to availability. Contact us to change, pause or end your regular schedule. We confirm any changes with you.
