What’s included in a regular home clean?

A regular home clean should have a clear scope and enough time for the priorities you care about. At Ciao Clean, the agreed work is completed within booked cleaner-hours rather than promised as an unrealistic fixed checklist.

Typical core priorities A regular clean can typically include bathrooms, accessible kitchen surfaces, agreed dusting of reachable surfaces, vacuuming, mopping suitable floors and emptying bins. What fits depends on the condition of the home, access and the cleaner-hours booked.

Three or four cleaner-hours Ciao Essentials provides three cleaner-hours and is designed for regular upkeep, apartments and smaller homes. Ciao Essentials is also available as four cleaner-hours and, allowing broader room coverage and extra attention across agreed high-use areas. Neither is a promise that every possible task will fit into every visit.

Add-ons are separate Oven, fridge and other additional jobs are quoted separately. Products and equipment are confirmed with your scope rather than assumed.

Work outside a standard clean Mould, hazards, biohazards, exterior or high windows, end-of-lease work and specialist cleaning are outside our standard service. If you are unsure about a task, include it in your enquiry and we will tell you whether we can help.
