Putting away personal items, dishes, toys and paperwork can make more of the booked cleaner-hours available for cleaning rather than organising. Keep fragile or sentimental items somewhere safe.\n\n## Share practical details safely\n\nTell us about parking, apartment access, pets and surface sensitivities during confirmation. Do not place alarm codes, keys or other security credentials in the online request form. Arrange secure access directly after the booking has been confirmed.\n\n## Know what standard cleaning covers\n\nA standard visit can include accessible kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, agreed dusting, vacuuming, suitable floor mopping and bins.
