The useful question is not simply what a cleaner costs. It is how much focused cleaning time your home and priorities need. A clear quote should connect the work, the total cleaner-hours and the price.
What shapes a cleaning price The main factors are the home’s current condition, the areas you want prioritised, the breadth of work and whether the visit is regular or a first reset. Extras such as an oven or fridge also need separate time and assessment.
Ciao Clean’s prices Ciao Essentials is a three cleaner-hour regular clean with an total of A$240. Ciao Essentials is also available as four cleaner-hours at A$320. Ciao Reset is guided at A$90 per cleaner-hour with a three-hour minimum, giving a minimum guide of A$270.
These are customer price guides, not instant quotes. We confirm the condition, scope and final price before a clean is booked. No payment is taken on this website.
Compare cleaner-hours clearly Three cleaner-hours could mean one cleaner for three hours or two cleaners for about one and a half hours each. The total labour is the same. Cleaner-hours make it easier to compare options without pretending every home with the same bedroom count needs identical work.
Choose a sensible starting point List the rooms and tasks that matter most. If you mainly need regular upkeep in a smaller home, start with Essentials. If you want broader attention across a family home, consider the four cleaner-hour Essentials option, or Ciao Home Clean for an agreed room-by-room checklist. If the home needs more attention or it is your first visit, request a Reset. We can help you choose before anything is confirmed.
Always follow the instructions on any product label, ventilate as directed, and never mix cleaning products.
